A wealth of narrative sources formed an important background to the Placeholder project from its very begining. Many - perhaps most - of these were provided by Lucinda DeLormier, a professional story-teller and alternative school teacher.

Scripts

Members of the Precipice Theatre Society recorded a large number of sounds for Placeholder - Critters' boasts, place descriptions and story seeds. Brenda Laurel also recorded the "Voice of the Goddess" intro to the piece heard by participants when they first entered, and Rob Tow had a cameo as the Voiceholder sound declaration "I'm listening".
